Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of administrative functions.
• Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
• Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
• Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
Key tasks:
• Manage TD critical path & chase for samples for patterns accordingly
• Book fit model and manage fit session timings
• Measure fit model regularly
• Supporting TD in fit session: Type fit comments / managing and preparing samples / pick up fit model from lobby
• Fit comments follow up: uploading fit photos / uploading tech packs
• Collect parcels from mailroom & check off Fit Dec / send parcels internationally
• Measure comp samples/ fit samples
• Manage fit room - tidy / manage equipment
• Data collection / analyze data
• Organize storage area / PP archiving
• Ad-hoc admin projects as needed
Qualifications:
• May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
• Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Typical Task Breakdown:
- Manage TD critical path & chase for samples and patterns accordingly.
- Manage samples from vendors through fitting process.
- Book fit model & manage fit session timings.
- Measure fit model regularly
- Take & distribute team meeting notes
- Manage fit wearer trials
- Project work e.g. competitor shop reports on fit & sizing.
- Update tech packs with images and sketches.
- Measure garments as needed (once trained)
