We're looking for a talented individual to take charge of our administrative functions and bookkeeping responsibilities. As an Administrative Service Manager (Doer), you'll play a pivotal role in the heartbeat of our small, family-focused businesses. Your contributions will impact our team's success and shape a legacy that transforms historic buildings into vibrant spaces where companies and individuals can flourish. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our administrative operations, ensuring that all accounts payable and receivable transactions are processed accurately and on time. Your collaboration with management will be crucial in minimizing overdue receivables and maintaining our financial health.

You'll be the go-to resource for managers, staff members, and clients, helping and answering related questions.

Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on your unique skills and abilities. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by assisting with project budget preparation, securing estimates, monitoring job costs, addressing tenant and client requests, and actively promoting the team's goals.

Besides standard office tasks, you can tackle special assignments or projects that arise, making your workday varied and exciting.



Qualifications

5+ years of bookkeeping experience.

Experience entering and filing Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Experience in creating and maintaining auditable accounting systems.

Understanding of QuickBooks and MS Office. Knowledge of other construction accounting software is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.

Local construction experience and contractor knowledge are a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proofreading, are a must-your ability to organize projects and multitask will help you shine in this role. If you have a strong background in customer service and computer operating proficiency, you have important skills for this job. We're looking for someone who can thrive under pressure and tackle challenges with a constructive mindset. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is always a plus.

You'll need to pass background and credit checks as you'll be handling confidential information, and being able to be bonded is essential.

Compensation is competitive and reflects both experience and performance. Our starting salary ranges from $52,000 to $62,000 annually, tailored to your qualifications and contributions. After 90 days, you will benefit from a comprehensive performance review, followed by an annual review, to ensure your growth and recognition within the company.
