Join our dynamic team at the Los Angeles County Office of Education as an Administrative Services Coordinator. We're looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to lead and innovate within our administrative units.
The Administrative Services Coordinator plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the assigned staff and operations of the administrative units such as reprographics, mail and delivery services, warehouse services, surplus, procurement, inventory control, and records management.
The Well Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following

• Applicable California Code, Education Code, laws, rules, and regulations

Experience: Three years of management-level experience in reprographics, mail and delivery services, warehouse, purchasing, inventory control, and/or records management.
Additional Requirements: A valid California Driver's License and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites is required.
Hybrid remote schedules may be available. To ensure the health and safety of its staff, LACOE may require employees to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
