Administrative Service Representative
Center Valley, PA
Monday to Friday with every other Saturday
Seasonal - Part time or Full time available
11:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM and 7:00AM-3:00PM on Saturdays
Pay $20
Family construction business is looking to add a new administrative team member.
Responsibilities: - Answering high volume of phone calls
- Creating and updating service contracts
- Planning and scheduling projects and technician runs
- Calendar organization
- Interdepartmental communication
- General administrative support
- Cross-train in additional areas
Skills of a Purchasing / Receiving Associate - Detail oriented and organized
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to comfortably handle, de-escalate, transfer, and/or address clients and client concerns
- Proven longevity and reliability
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with CRM/Customer Database(s)
- Curious with an ability to learn
