As an Administrative Project Coordinator with a focus on Carrier Relations at M3, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining smooth operations between our agency and our carrier partners. How You Will Make an Impact - Provide essential administrative support to all departments, with a primary focus on the carrier relations area.
- Manage and update carrier website logins, ensuring seamless access for employees and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with scheduling carrier meetings and setting up producer appointments, facilitating strong relationships with our partners.
- Support the carrier relations team with clerical needs, including updating SharePoint and managing the carrier inbox.
- Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to review licensure procedures and manage the licensing process for agents.
- Create and assemble client materials, including binders, Employee Benefits booklets, and presentation materials.
- Utilize EPIC (our agency management system) for various tasks, including creating form letters, proposal documents, and running reports.
What You Will Need to Succeed - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in all work products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks efficiently, even with frequent interruptions.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
