Partner with Organizational Readiness team members to analyze the change impacts to identify the level of change and targeted training for various worker populations within UEM.Partner with the Transformation Network, Business Analysts, Business Leads, and UEM division leads and supervisors on implementing the pilot training program, particularly with identifying strategies and approaches that are best suited for specific audiences. Support curriculum and content development where appropriate.Participate in implementing the sustainment training program. Deliver training as appropriate; this may be via a train-the-trainer model.Assist employees as needed with the transition to the IWMS, help with new applications, processes, and resources.Assist with developing a process to track change requests or enhancements during the pilot training program. Assist with data mapping and data integration as necessary.Perform other related functions as assigned.
