We're searching for a diligent Community Administrator to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all homeowner inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, implementing Work Orders scheduling appointments, handling support work to Community Manager and be knowledgeable of Office. • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
• Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
• Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
• Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
• Buy materials for the office when necessary Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Compensation: $21 - $22.5 hourly
