Position: Administrative Performance Manager

Full-Time Start time M-F 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M Health Insurance 401K Vacation Sick 7 Paid Holidays Paid Training Fun Family Environment

What does an Administrative Performance Manager with Paul Davis do?

Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport

Oversees office administrative operations and employees

Proficient with computers

Creates office systems

Problem solves and helps people find solutions

Motivate employees through encouragement to perform their best

Provides feedback, guidance, and hands-on training to employees

Conduct performance review

Support General Manager by providing feedback on the Project Manager's performance

Establishes and maintains relationships with adjusters, brokers, clients, management, and employees

Understands and applies insurance program and scorecard knowledge to claim files

Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt, and respond quickly to new business initiatives

Ability to use professionalism and sound judgment when addressing employees and management

Improves the community by serving others

Learns new things about construction and building homes

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
