About the role

DESRI seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support members of our executive team and serve as our Office Manager. This Administrative or Executive Assistant (title commensurate with experience) and Office Manager will play a key role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track and will be part of a collaborative team that offers a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging working environment.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will involve holistic support for members of DESRI's executive team. This includes managing complex schedules and travel, coordinating and executing meetings, triaging emails and tasks, organizing events, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering key support on ad hoc projects, and rendering general administrative assistance. As the Denver Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, well-functioning, and welcoming environment. In addition, you'll act as the primary point of contact for facilities management, IT support, and vendors. You'll manage office supplies and equipment inventory, maintain cost-effective relationships with suppliers, and order replenishments as needed. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating office-wide communications, team meetings, and social events to foster a collegial and collaborative environment. You'll support new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, office access, and supplies. Finally, you'll partner with human capital and administrative staff in other DESRI offices to align on best practices and ensure consistency across locations.

Qualifications
  • We seek a flexible, diligent individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Assistants at our firm are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments. A can-do, team-oriented approach is critical for this role as is the willingness to help and solve challenges that come up day-to-day.
  • Candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience and will excel at working independently and managing multiple projects at once.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly Outlook), PowerPoint abilities, presentation skills, as well as the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, is required.
  • We'll consider candidates from any field who have demonstrated keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
