As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role is essential to keeping our day-to-day manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll provide crucial support in managing administrative processes, tracking materials, and ensuring efficient cross-departmental communication.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and support administrative tasks tied to returns, shipments, and materials tracking
Coordinate internal communications between manufacturing, logistics, and service teams
Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, returns, and inventory updates
Track incoming and outgoing materials and follow up on pending issues with urgency
Maintain detailed and accurate records to support auditing and operational reporting
Help streamline administrative workflows for greater efficiency
Provide backup support for general office and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in an administrative, customer service or operations support role (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator-both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
