This position plays an active role as consultant, advisor, and troubleshooter for all aspects associated with the human resources, finance, compliance and administrative processes for assigned units. Responsible for managing administrative functions while also focusing on the planning, management, review, and control of related workflows. This position works closely with local leadership along with corporate functions to insure business and operational goals are accomplished timely and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Supervises and delivers various personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communication, job changes, and file/records management. This position also works closely with staff who coordinate training and credentialing for required staff. Assists with determining the appropriate staffing level for the unit, assigns duties as needed to other administrative staff, ensures all employees are paid appropriately and in a timely manner, analyzes operational problems and develops solutions, counsels employees on RHA policies & procedures, and recommends approaches issues that meet unit and organizational goals. Manage day-to-day purchasing for departmental requirements and create regular expense reports to account for all financial activities. Implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures which ensure proper handling of confidential and time sensitive material that contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the team, e.g. for HR documents, financial reports, legal documents, organizational plans, etc.
  • Responsible for Candidate Interview, Selection, & Onboarding Works with Human Resources and local operations leadership to source candidates and work towards an ideal candidate experience through the hiring & onboarding experience. This includes interviews, technical support, communication and other functions to build the ideal candidate experience. The staffing coordinator will also support people we serve and create opportunities to choose their staff.
  • Record Retention- Maintain unit files by filing documents timely, ensures the files are kept confidential and retained in compliance with the Record Retention Policy.
  • Coordinates & Delivers Employee Training and Development
  • Coordinates and participates in new employee orientation including assisting in training. Schedules and confirms training for staff. Ensures instructors are available and that curriculums are current. Maintains training database and informs supervisors when employees need additional training and annual certifications. Prepares training reports for corporate QA, Safety Committee, and Director meetings. Handles the set up for the training classes by using the training checklist. Sets up CBT trainings. Informs the Director and VPs, via reports, of expired and past due training. Instructs employees in completing on-line as well as self-paced courses as appropriate.
  • Employee Staffing and Hiring- Collaborates with HR and local leadership to maintain scope of vacancy and recruiting efforts. Maintains Workday position control and humanity schedules. Ensures all employees meet the company conditions of employment. Participates in recruiting events as needed.
  • Performs Credentialing- Completes all credentialing for each licensed staff hired per company policy.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Education- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, and manage several tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Travel may be required, greater than 1 hour, depending on their proximity to the assigned units.
  • Knowledge of Workday and Humanity scheduling software.
