DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Administrative Officer 3 you will supervise and direct the daily administrative, operational, fiscal, and contractual management for the Bureau of Community Health Systems which includes 59 state health centers, 6 districts, and a central office. You will prepare monthly expenditure reports, oversee the preparation of all fiscal assignments, consult with the Bureau and Division Director, and develop standard operating procedures and guidelines. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to prioritize and reviewing work, as well as monitor program functions and recommend efficiency improvements. In addition, you will be the point of contact for the Comptroller's Office, Budget Office, and Procurement Office while serving as the Bureau Continuity of Operations (COOP) Manager and information technology (IT) liaison.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements: - One year as an Administrative Officer 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management of staff work in public or private organization, including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
