What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an Administrative Office Support Assistant. The overall aim of this role is to assist with the essential duties of sales, product development, production and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, is detail oriented, and serious about having a career, not just a job. This is a full time position in our New York City Office working 5 days a week from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks related to sales, product development, production and e-commerce

Follow up, review, and maintain the organizing of sales orders, purchase orders and product lifecycle

Process sales orders in a timely manner to meet deadlines and customer ship windows

Liaise with internal teams (product development, sales, etc.) to ensure all actions of a project are made in time to meet the schedule deadlines

Help process and complete sample requests for customers

Sort through and manage samples received from overseas and customers on a daily basis. Log and send the samples received to the appropriate persons (i.e. development manager, sales, etc.)

Assist with showroom maintenance

Create social media and email campaigns that align with brand

Review customer service messages and provide responses to represent our brand positively

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience with Excel

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow up skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and able to work as part of a team
