ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Compliance Coordinator is dedicated to compliance, record-keeping, project management, scheduling, and following highly-organized and detail-oriented processes. Your duties will include the following:
  • Support the Administrator by ensuring smooth office operations and admininstration
  • Provide excellent record-keeping and information management
  • Relay detailed messages from office to other applicable team members
  • Maintain complete and organized files and records
  • Conduct ongoing Client satisfaction, service, and care evaluations by person and via phone
  • Schedule employees, optimizing authorized hours
  • Assist customers with professional, can-do attitude and outstanding customer service
  • Plan and prepare for events and orientations, training new hires on policies
  • Order and inventory office supplies
  • Create and maintain an orderly, clean, and professional office
Requirements

  • Demonstrate sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
  • Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Available Monday-Friday 8am-12pm PST.
