We are seeking an Administrative & Marketing Assistant - Intern/Entry Level to join our team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities: - Marketing responsibilities as defined below will be largest portion of this role
- Assist in Content Creation: Help generate ideas, capture and edit photos and videos, & select images for posts
- Design Social Media Graphics: Update graphic templates in Canva following brand guidelines.
- Monitor SocialTrends: Create local trend reports and collect content examples to inform strategy.
- Conduct Influencer Research: Identify key influencers and content creators in relevant audience segments.
- Engage with Community: Respond to comments, interact with other content, and flag noteworthy discussions.
- Email marketing of monthly newsletters, magazine, announcements, monthly blogs and features events or products
- Schedule & Organize Posts: Publish approved content and categorize content for future analytics reports.
- Create and execute strategies to raise awareness about the practice, including:
- Monthly schedule of topic, content, events, educational material
- Divisions including our Products, MedSpa, Community Education platform, Home Care Services
- Educate potential patients on the benefits of functional medicine at our practice
- Work with current establish providers of marketing services to coordinate and eventually assume internally the services they provide.
- Other tasks required on this position will include:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments, seminars and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls, reply to emails assigned
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Attend meetings of staff as scheduled
Qualifications: - Previous experience in office administration or other related fields such a marketing or advertising
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Passionate about health and service to others

What we need from you:
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and positive attitude that is shared with your team and our clientele
•Familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and other social media platforms.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
•Strong communicator with excellent writing and engagement skills.
•Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
•Available to work on-site for at least 6 hours at a time.
