LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Manager for full time role with our esteemed client. The Administrative Manager is under the direct guidance of the Director of Administration and responsible for the supervision of the Tampa offices, including day-to-day operations, oversight of the legal assistants and office supporting areas. This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer. Work independently while handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. The ideal person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Additionally, management of the physical office space, and serving as liaison with building management.
Duties Include:
- Works with the Director of Administration to ensure effective office operations.
- Provides management and support to the COO, professional staff and vendors.
- Onboarding of new hires.
- Oversees attendance and time tracking of Legal Administrative Assistants and other direct reports and ensures compliance with local and state regulations.
- Manage performance and hiring under direct guidance of the Director of Administration.
- Collaborates with the Director of Administration to ensure local outsourced services functions are operating effectively
- Communicates, implements and ensures compliance with Firm policies, practices and procedures.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $10,000.00 per year
