Job Description

Position will support the Government Technical Program Manager (TPM) by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive. In addition, this position will involve working as Frontline support for IT help desk both in-person and by answering phone calls and monitoring ticket system. Expectations for this role are to serve as the initial POC for walk-ins to the IT Help Desk Service in addition to being the main POC for answering and responding to phone calls. For phone support, this will require following a detailed script also referred to as Standard Operating Procedures, to perform basic activities such as password resets and routing complex request to the appropriate location.

Additional duties may include (but not be limited to):
  • Manage a shared access folder with licenses and software expirations, ensuring access for all customer stakeholders and supporting the renewal process.
  • Manage mobile service tracking of over 400 lines of service and migration of that into a database.
  • Administrative duties may include:
  • Expected to scribe for meetings and distribute information as appropriate
  • Responsible for scheduling/managing calendars and meeting invites
  • Shall coordinate between a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the management of office equipment and supplies, to include procurement and purchase reconciliation efforts
  • Some responsibilities may be physical in nature such as server room or office organization, moving or putting together equipment, etc.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must be able to work a 9:00am-5:30pm job shift
  • Individual shall be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently; taking initiative to complete tasks
  • Maintain flexibility and professionalism
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with supporting IT development projects planning.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple agency organizations
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
