Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable team member to assist with daily administrative operations, major unit inventory management, and digital marketing efforts including website content and social media updates. This position will work directly with the Sales Manager and support the dealership in ensuring accurate inventory records, online visibility, and a smooth administrative workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day office operations and organization

• Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets for unit tracking

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with relevant posts, promotions, and content

• Track major unit inventory: in-stock, on-order, and sold units

• Update pricing and hang tags for showroom display units

• Capture and upload high-quality photos of inventory for website and ads

• Create, edit, and update unit listings on the company website

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally

• Support managers and team members with administrative tasks

• Order and maintain office supplies

• Organize and store company documents as needed

• Position is full time and on site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Familiarity with website editing and social media platforms

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask

• Basic data entry skills and general computer proficiency

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Powersports or motorcycle knowledge is a plus

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in social media management, office administration, or inventory tracking is strongly preferred

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus, but not required

• Most important is your ability to learn, adapt, and effectively manage digital and organizational tasks

Preferred Hours:

• Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm

Compensation Expectation:

• $42,000 - $46,000 or hourly equivalent
