Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful
Administrative Field Support professional to provide critical support across HR, payroll, time and attendance, and operational administration. This role requires a flexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting field operations approximately 30% of the time.
This contract position is ideal for someone with a blend of
HR generalist experience, administrative expertise, and light finance and accounting acumen, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the administrative point of contact for field operations, traveling approximately 30% of the time to provide on-site support.
- Oversee time and attendance systems: perform weekly timesheet audits, validate data, and ensure timely approval submissions.
- Manage payroll upload processes on a pay cycle basis; coordinate with payroll processing vendors or internal systems to ensure accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and compliance tracking.
- Support the operational team with documentation, scheduling, and communication coordination.
- Assist with tracking and reconciling employee-related expenses or stipends, and provide light reporting support to finance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and HRIS platforms.
- Solid understanding of employment policies and basic labor laws.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with data reports or audits.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in both office and field environments.
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time to support dispersed teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in a contract, consulting, or field-based administrative role.
- Exposure to light financial operations such as stipend tracking, invoicing support, or budget reconciliation.
- Experience with platforms such as TriNet, NetSuite, Navan, or similar payroll/timekeeping and expense systems.
Compensation & Term: This is a contract position compensated through a
bi-weekly stipend equivalent up to $100,000 annually. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
