Job Description Join 7-Eleven as an Administrative Executive dedicated to supporting our stores, franchisees, and operational teams. In this dynamic role, you will assist various offices and stores with important administrative functions that help drive success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Zone Leader in daily operations, including making travel arrangements.
- Providing assistance to Regional Development Directors and other leaders.
- Preparing important correspondence, expense reports, and various activity reports for the Zone Leader.
- Managing the Zone Leader's calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinating all Zone meetings, both in-person and via video conferencing.
- Overseeing the Zone office management, including phones, copiers, supplies, and maintenance.
- Acting as the site coordinator for telecommunications and IT-related activities.
- Maintaining the Location Data Base (LDB) and managing supervisor alignments.
- Coordinating leased vehicle operations, including orders, transfers, and driver qualifications.
- Updating and maintaining various lists such as store lists, org charts, and personnel contacts.
- Processing awards for quarterly meetings and preparing special letters for staff celebrations.
- Assisting HR and other departments with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Pulling and analyzing financial reports using tools like 7-IA, Business Objects, and QlikView.
- Reviewing reports to ensure proper financial allocations and corrections.
- Notarizing franchise agreements and other essential documents as needed.
- Communication management regarding licensing with franchisees and stores.
- Reviewing and responding to customer feedback and inquiries.
- Any additional duties as assigned by the Zone Leader to support smooth operations.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- High School diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, management-level environment.
- The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written, oral, and organizational communication skills.
- Consistent, logical, and orderly thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills and capability to thrive under pressure.

- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database, and Adobe.
