We are seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant to join our growing team. You will provide administrative support to the Founder and President of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative needs of the Founder
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Manage document and filing needs for all company documentation
  • Manage logistics of onboarding franchisees administratively
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Report Generation and Development for Executive team
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
