As a Dispatcher you'll be joining a reputable family-owned residential/light commercial HVAC and plumbing company. In this role, you will coordinate technician schedules, assist with administrative tasks, and have the opportunity to engage in inside sales if desired. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with industry dispatching experience and aptitude for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch 6-8 technicians using Service Titan software, monitoring the board to optimize scheduling.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and notifying them of technician delays.
- Assist technicians with pricing service quotes and ordering necessary parts and filters.
- Schedule and book preventative maintenance appointments, including follow-ups.
- Process invoices, customer payments, and warranty RMAs.
- Manage website inquiries and follow up on open service quotes.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to streamline technician assignments.
- Support inside sales efforts if desired.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of HVAC dispatching experience.
- Experience working with Service Titan or a similar software.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- BDR (Business Development Resources) Certification is a plus.
