Adecco is looking for a temporary call center supervisor for a client in Macomb, MI in the area of 23 mile and Hayes. The hours for this role are 8AM to 5PM M-F. This is covering for someone who is on maternity leave but depending on experience and conditions, it could be longer. Job Summary The candidate will work as a Call Center Supervisor responsible for leading and training staff to convert calls into booked appointments while developing strategies to increase sales. They will also monitor team performance and ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who helps lead a team in a call center to make sure they book appointments from phone calls and keep customers happy by solving any problems.

Skill Requirements
  • Must-Have Requirements:
    • Proven leadership in customer service or call center environments
    • Strong communication and coaching skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
