Job Description The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Teaching and Learning Support Division, working in close collaboration with the Dean to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the Division's operations. This position supports the entire Division, with focused coordination for eLearning and the Library.
- Supports the Dean in various support capacities, including communication, scheduling of meetings, departmental documentation, and materials.
- Prepares and manages documentation such as contracts, service agreements, and pay adjustments.
- Monitors and tracks departmental budgets, spending, and reconciliations, including purchasing and vendor contracts for specialized technology and services in the library and eLearning.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings and events for the Division.
- Coordinates and monitors personnel actions.
Qualifications Required Qualifications - Associate's degree
- Proven ability to effectively work and communicate in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle and PeopleSoft
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, and PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with technology tools and vendor contracts.
