Position Overview: Prosperity Home Mortgage is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator Summer Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students interested in the mortgage and finance industry to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations, customer service, and office management. The successful candidate will support various departmental functions, assist with daily administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Support team members with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Business, Administration, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a team player
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
