Job Summary for Administrative Coordinator
We are an expanding international brand known for car re-selling and are now seeking a new Japanese English bilingual to join the U.S. headquarters. You'll work closely with a small and collaborative team, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks that support the company's operations nationwide. Responsibilities for Administrative Coordinator
HR administration (onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, time tracking, etc.)
General office operations (supplies management, internal coordination, documentation, etc.)
Accounting support tasks
Occasional communication with external vendors and partners in English, etc.
You'll be a vital part of a head office team supporting operations across six U.S. branches.
Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator
Fluent in Japanese; business-level English communication skills.
Comfortable with multitasking and communicating with diverse teams.
Previous experience in Japanese companies or bilingual admin roles is a plus.
Valid U.S. work authorization
Work Schedule for Administrative Coordinator
Full-Time: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour break)
Days Off: Two days per week + company-designated holidays
