PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive office support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and efficient individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. It's essential that this candidate is effectively multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Correspondence: Handling emails, mail, and phone calls, and responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate person.
Expense Reporting: Assisting with expense reporting by collecting receipts, reconciling expenses, and preparing reports.
Basic Accounting Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing appointments, meetings, and events for managers or teams.
Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting logistics such as room setup, catering arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
Assisting with Special Projects: Providing support on special projects or initiatives as needed by the team or management.
Office Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked and available.
General Office Support: Assisting with any other administrative tasks or duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Education Associates Degree is preferred.
Experience - A minimum of 2 years prior administrative experience is preferred

- Excellent communication skills
