Responsibilities:
- Answering phones for customer calls
- Organizing customer requests and communicating internally to arrange service
- Managing the workload of assigned technicians and maintaining the on-call schedule
- Debriefing with technicians following service appointments
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Performing clerical duties associated with the role
Background Expected:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch / customer service work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
