What you will do:
Eddy VNRA is looking for an office-based Admin Coordinator to assist with our fast-paced Coach Program. This is a unique program that works directly with our staff in the hospitals and Coach Program staff to ensure daily workflow runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Assists Coach nurses prepare for visits.
• Enters episodes into EPIC daily for the nursing staff.
• Emails Coach nurses' referrals for the day.
• Sends Medication Reconciliation sheets and daily visit list to the PCP'S.
• Responsible for Insurance verification.
• Manages spreadsheets for the Coach: Active Coach Referral and Billing.
• Communicates admissions and ED visits to nursing staff of current patients.
• Reports data to various programs.
• Provide additional support to Coach team as needed.
• Ordering and maintaining Coach office and clinical supplies.
Requirements:
• Requires excellent computer skills and experience with Excel spreadsheets.
• Requires excellent technical problem-solving skills.
What you will need:
• High school diploma
• Medical Terminology
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, team player, strong communication skills and organizational skills.
• A valid NYS Driver's license

Pay range: $19.20-$25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
