This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE role, Full time and paying $22-24 per hour.
What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the office operations running efficiently. From managing schedules to coordinating documents, you'll be the go-to for both day-to-day tasks and occasional unexpected challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for internal and external events
- Preparing, proofreading, and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and promptness
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Maintaining digital and paper filing systems, and ensuring data is organized and up to date
- Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors as needed
- Supporting finance, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting prep, and follow-ups
- Jumping in to support projects, solve problems, and keep everything moving forward
What They are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or executive support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're polite, professional, and proactive
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general tech tools
- A sharp eye for detail and comfort working independently
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment preferred
