Our client, a highly-rated high-end construction company, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Richmond, VA.

If you have Excel experience and a passion for precise, detail-oriented tasks, this is an opportunity you need to explore.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable entry
  • Payroll entry and processing
  • Organization and distribution of project related data
  • Creation and tracking of contract documents
  • Creation and tracking of purchase orders
  • City/County Permit documents and filings
  • Effectively communicate with clientele, mostly via phone and email
