Scheduling

Project Management

Handles travel expenses

Prepare agendas

Take meeting minutes

Qualifications:

2-3 years in an administrative background supporting a higher up

Travel coordination experience

Proficiency in MS Office Suites

Must be very organized

Have attention to detail
