We are actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to undertake a variety of essential administrative and clerical tasks. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide valuable support to our managers and employees, assist in daily office operations, and manage our company's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities - Facilitate office operations by handling organization and communication tasks, including document preparation, filing, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, and answering external communications. Confidentiality is essential.
- Draft and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms efficiently
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Act as the Home Office liaison for service items and staff training
- Maintain and update contact lists; you may be asked to communicate with our members
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist with recruitment processes and systems
- Coordinate Fraternal processes including submitting requests, filing reports, and making arrangements
- Organize and participate in community networking events
- This position involves flexible hours, with the requirement to work 3-4 days per week, 4-6 hours each day, at our office located in downtown Plainwell.
Essential Skills - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task
