JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Danielle Engelhardt

JOB LOCATION: Piney Flats, TN

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
  • The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally, direct calls to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor company voicemail and properly relay messages.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintains office supply and breakroom inventory and replenishment.
  • Building Maintenance and weekly walkthrough
  • Sales Quote Maintenance & Routing
  • Company Vehicle tracking & maintenance
  • Contract Management
  • New Customer Set Up
  • File, Scan, and Copy documents as needed.
  • Coordinate office events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • At least one year of administrative and clerical experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
  • Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred, but not required.
