SUMMARY OF POSITION: - The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer phones promptly and professionally, direct calls to appropriate parties.
- Monitor company voicemail and properly relay messages.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintains office supply and breakroom inventory and replenishment.
- Building Maintenance and weekly walkthrough
- Sales Quote Maintenance & Routing
- Company Vehicle tracking & maintenance
- Contract Management
- New Customer Set Up
- File, Scan, and Copy documents as needed.
- Coordinate office events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least one year of administrative and clerical experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): - Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred, but not required.
