Position: Administrative Coordinator - 401(k) & Retirement Plan Support

Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Onboarding Support
Coordinate onboarding processes for new retirement plan clients
Manage and prepare essential 401(k)-related documentation and paperwork
Client Relationship Management
Assist with employee-level service execution and retirement plan questions
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up and communication
Plan Management & Review
Support annual and quarterly 401(k) plan reviews
Conduct fee benchmarking and plan health assessments
Manage plan administrative systems and updates
Coordinate changes with recordkeepers and carriers
