Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in the administration of retirement plans? We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator with a strong background in 401(k) plan support to help drive efficiency and deliver exceptional service across client onboarding, relationship management, and plan administration.

Position: Administrative Coordinator - 401(k) & Retirement Plan Support

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition & Onboarding Support

Coordinate onboarding processes for new retirement plan clients

Manage and prepare essential 401(k)-related documentation and paperwork

Client Relationship Management

Assist with employee-level service execution and retirement plan questions

Ensure timely and accurate follow-up and communication

Plan Management & Review

Support annual and quarterly 401(k) plan reviews

Conduct fee benchmarking and plan health assessments

Manage plan administrative systems and updates

Coordinate changes with recordkeepers and carriers

Required:

Experience in financial services, with a focus on benefits administration and 401(k) plans

Familiarity with plan documents, recordkeepers, and retirement plan operations is a plus
