Job Title: Research Coordinator
Global hedge fund is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join its research team and streamline the expert call coordination process.
Responsibilities
Expert Call Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling all expert calls, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Align expert availability with compliance approvals to minimize delays.
- Reduce scheduling time by focusing solely on this task, aiming for a 40% improvement in current processes.
Process Optimization:
- Implement strategies to improve scheduling efficiency, leveraging insights from trials that have shown potential reductions in scheduling times.
- Collaborate with the Research Coordinator to ensure seamless integration of scheduling with compliance and administrative tasks.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with investment teams to understand their needs and prioritize scheduling accordingly.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with experts to ensure availability and minimize rescheduling.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in scheduling or administrative coordination, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple schedules efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external experts.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Compensation: $90-100K base plus discretionary bonus and great benefits
