Our client, a leading organization in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a Coordinator, HR Services to join their team. As a Coordinator, HR Services, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Coordinator, HR Services

Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site Monday to Thursday, Work from Home on Fridays)

What's the Job?
  • Provide administrative support to various functional areas of Human Resources, including data entry and personnel records.
  • Process various applications and confidential forms related to employment and payroll.
  • Act as a communication liaison, sharing departmental issues and needs with Senior HR Leadership.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed and assist in maintaining employee records.
  • Foster a learning environment by sharing knowledge and contributing feedback on departmental effectiveness.
What's Needed?
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience; 1+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
