Job Description

Join Beacon ABA Services as an Administrative Coordinator.

Monday - Friday, full-time, Rates starting $18 - $21 per hour, $1,000 signing incentive.

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to help manage client records and improve operational efficiency. This role involves processing clinical documentation, managing client files, and supporting various operational functions within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open, update, and close client files. Process incoming clinical documents, including assessments and reports.
  • Generate and track referrals for Beacon Services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely document submission.
  • Assist with generating monthly Operations Reports, and coordinate annual paperwork for trainings and meetings.
  • Identify redundancies and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing and billing corrections.
  • Maintain accurate communication with families, social security, schools, insurance auditors, and other stakeholders for requested records.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two years of office experience; human services or medical practice preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Word, experience with Teams is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
