Immediate, full-time opening for a dynamic administrative professional. Reporting to
the Director of Operations, the Administrative Coordinator provides front desk clerical tasks and as a front-desk worker, the Coordinator consistently demonstrates an attitude of service and compassion by maintaining a pleasant, helpful, and courteous demeanor. Position interacts with clients, guests, and staff at all levels throughout the organization. Responsible for answering the phone and triage incoming calls, greeting, and directing clients and visitors, and notifying staff of appointment arrivals. Preparing coffee and tea for guests. This position is responsible for opening and closing the agency building.

• Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of general reception duties and secretarial work

• Must have high level of ability with MS office and Outlook programs

• Ability to quickly learn additional programs including client records

Competitive pay dependent upon qualifications and experience. Total compensation includes a comprehensive benefit plan with employer contribution, 401k retirement option, plus paid time off with paid holiday schedule that includes the week between Christmas and New Year's.

This position is eligible for a $1,250.00 welcome bonus (some restrictions apply).
