Job Summary

This position will be responsible for providing senior level confidential, administrative support for the Department of Radiology Chair, Vice Chairs, and Department Administrator.

A high level of customer focus and organizational skills will be necessary for this role. Primary job duties will include managing communications (composing agendas, memos, reports and other documents); organization of the Chair's calendar; management of Chair, Administrator, and some faculty's travel arrangements; and completion of PRD's, SRM and travel transactions.

Other duties will include but are not limited to provide support for department events and the event budgets including invoicing and reporting, maintaining the department website and newsletter, as well as being the administrative lead for Annual Reports and Faculty Evaluation process.

Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; Strong writing and communication skills; Attention to detail; Multitasking and Flexibility.
