Job Summary
The Departments of Agricultural Economics and Blueprint Kentucky are looking for a detail oriented self starter for our Human Resources Administrator. The HR Administrator assists with planning, directing, and coordination of human resource management activities by maintaining functions such as hiring, personnel administration, payroll management, HR policy communication, employee development promotion, leave coordination, business support, file retention, service and professional development, ensuring compliance within all University policies and regulations, and providing support for all employees of the units.
Here in Agricultural Economics a skilled team of faculty, staff and graduate students utilize the latest research methods to address challenging disciplinary and interdisciplinary questions in the areas of production economics, marketing and consumer behavior, and regional economics/rural economic development.
