Job Description
  • Acknowledge and communicates in a timely manner with all guests.
  • Receive phone calls, assist caller as needed, takes accurate messages and/or refers callers to appropriate department/leaders.
  • Performs essential administrative support with a high level of accuracy.
  • Checks C-suite mailbox and disseminate to appropriate executive team member(s).
  • Assist executives with scheduling of calendar meetings. Assist with maintaining files, could assist with takes meeting minutes or notes, and assists with travel/meeting arrangements.
  • Maintains room reservations including conference rooms, boardrooms, and audit rooms for C-Suite executive team.

Additional Job Description
Education: High School Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 3 years
