Position: Full-Time Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and deliver excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
Manage schedules and coordinate appointments seamlessly.
Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the hiring process, including screening and onboarding new caregivers.
Cover shifts as a caregiver when needed, providing direct care and support to clients.
Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Home health experience and employee scheduling expertise are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
Previous experience in home care scheduling is required.
Experience in office administration or caregiving is a plus.
Compassionate, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
