NAMI Ohio is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of NAMI Signature Programs across the state. This role is essential in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating leader certification trainings, maintaining accurate program records, and providing technical assistance to local affiliates. The Administrative Coordinator reports to NAMI Ohio's Director of Affiliates and Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Support
•  Coordinate statewide leader certification trainings for NAMI Signature Programs.
•  Provide ongoing technical assistance to program trainers and local affiliates.
•  Respond to phone and email inquiries related to NAMI Signature Programs. Administrative Duties
•  Maintain up-to-date databases of certified teachers and program leaders.
•  Track and report program outcomes using online evaluation tools.
•  Prepare and edit correspondence, training materials, and other program documents.
•  Assist with general administrative support for affiliates.
•  Handle incoming administrative calls on the helpline. Communication & Relationship Management
•  Participate in technical assistance calls and relevant meetings related to NAMI programs.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with NAMI affiliates throughout Ohio.
•  Field questions and provide support to affiliate staff and volunteers. Data & Record Keeping
•  Ensure all program records and documentation, including databases and training materials, are accurate, organized, and up to date.
•  Maintain organized documentation related to trainings, communications, and program outcomes. Other Duties

•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related administrative, educational, or nonprofit role.
•  High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software platforms.
•  Demonstrated commitment to NAMI's mission, vision, and values.
•  Flexible, curious, and integrity-driven with a passion for mental health advocacy.
•  Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. This full-time, in-person role is located in Columbus, Ohio, and offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000.
