Are you an Administrative Concierge looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrative Concierge to join our team at Arboretum Village in Omaha, NE. Located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Arboretum Village offers 145 independent living apartment homes.
In this role, you'll be the friendly face and central point of contact during your weekend shifts, answering calls, addressing resident concerns, and communicating with our leadership team. This position requires someone who can make independent decisions, handle sensitive healthcare information with confidentiality, and provide excellent customer service to seniors and their families.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options: - The current schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (16 hours total), but we are open to alternative start times such as 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- You may work 4 to 8 hours each day, allowing for a schedule that fits your needs.
- There's also potential to pick up additional weekday hours to cover PTO at the front desk.
- We are considering hiring two or more team members to rotate weekend shifts, ensuring coverage and flexibility for everyone.

Job Duties & Skills Required
What You Will Do The overall purpose of this job is to ensure resident satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality to residents, potential residents and guests of the Community. The primary responsibilities of this job include proactively greeting and assisting residents, potential residents and guests while providing administrative support to the Community.
Skills & Requirements High School Diploma/GED is required.
Two (2) years of direct administrative/secretarial or related experience is required.
Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
