Job Title: Administrative Clerk Job Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for scanning documentation from paper format and transferring documentation into our internal system for record keeping. Our company is digitizing more information for better record keeping and viewing, and we are seeking an individual with great computer skills, prior experience in file/documentation management, and the ability to perform efficiently and quickly.
Responsibilities - Scan old employee and company documentation.
- Input scanned documents into file-keeping systems.
- Shred paper documentation after scanning.
- Report daily progress to direct supervisor.
Essential Skills - Experience in file and documentation management with high volume scanning, documentation, and shredding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in warehouse environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of compliance and document control.

Work Environment Work in a clean and air-conditioned environment. The contract position involves working the first shift from 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
