Job Overview This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and ready to support a team. You'll be handling administrative duties related to trailer tracking, order processing, and coordination with delivery carriers.
Key Responsibilities - Walk the parking lot to check and log all tanker trailers on-site. Update this yard inventory log throughout the day.
- Input delivery orders into a dispatch spreadsheet (Excel) and keep it updated with any changes (additions, cancellations, reschedules).
- Mark orders as completed and verify they are correct. Check documents like:
- Bills of lading
- Certificates of analysis
- Wash sheets for tanker trailers
- Sort completed order paperwork into designated areas for delivery drivers.
- Communicate with delivery carriers by phone or email to share updates or necessary info.
- Support the Administrative Assistant by handling urgent or time-sensitive tasks.
