Position Highlights :
- Permanent, full-time, employed position
- 4.5 day work week
- Administrative and clinical responsibilities
- Highly collaborative clinical practice working within an interdisciplinary team
- Low volume patient-centric practice ; clinicians average 5-6 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary range: $294K-$359K (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Annual bonus: $73K-$89K

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD only (UAE licensure requirement)
- Certifications: Must be board-certified by the ABMS
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or leadership role
- Must be familiar with longevity-focused care, personalized medicine, or integrative health
- Must be comfortable working for a healthcare start-up
