Administrative Associate - Compliance



Our client is seeking an Administrative Associate to support compliance programs at their Northeast Philadelphia location. Contract to hire. In office; local candidates only.



Responsibilities of the Administrative Associate

  • Maintaining and monitoring data within company systems, including learning and fleet management systems and company product database
  • Collecting data for reports, projects, and permits
  • Answering inquiry calls from customers and vendors
  • Overseeing compilation and mailing of compliance records
  • Assisting with system and process improvements


Requirements of the Administrative Associate

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively independently
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements a plus


Additional Details:

Employment type: contract to hire

Compensation: $20.00 / hr




The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
