Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Special Services
Pay Range: $24.00 to 36.00 dependent on experience
Description: Scarborough Public Schools is seeking a Special Services Admin Assistant, under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Special Services, works in a highly confidential setting to coordinate various functions of the Special Services Department. This individual must demonstrate a strong ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize and manage tasks, and work independently in a team oriented environment.
Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years previous professional office experience preferred
- Experience with Special Education preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications, MUNIS, Acuity, and Zoom
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Approved fingerprinting (CHRC) from the MDOE
